Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverage items), we do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products.


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cimmacoffee.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund if approved.


We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Opened coffee products

  • Used items

  • Customer preference (taste, roast level, etc.)

 


Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
