I loved this variety pack!
The Light Roast is super smooth, non-acidic, and very easy on the stomach, even at night or on an empty stomach.
Sweet Moments is delicious—it goes great with milk, cream, or flavored creamer.
Dark Mountain is best enjoyed black. You can tell it’s true specialty coffee—smooth and rich, without that burnt French roast flavor.

These were rather boring to me. To get any kind of strength out of them I had to use the 6 oz setting (drinking it black, 8 oz was almost strong enough with the dark roast but it left zero strength to allow for cream). On the light and medium roasts, the smallest setting on my machine (Ninja GP161) didn't allow enough flavor for cream and was really even still too weak black. At 6 oz that's a pretty expensive cup of mediocre coffee.

It’s incredibly balanced and offers a flavor profile that feels unique to every person’s taste. My personal favorite is Morning Delight — delicate, smooth, and sweet. The perfect way to start my day!
“Rich without being too dark.”
I usually drink darker coffee, but CIMMA’s Medium-Dark roast is perfectly balanced. It has beautiful chocolate notes and a velvety body without that burnt aftertaste you get from big brands.
You can tell this Honduran Arabica is high quality. I’ll definitely reorder.

I really love the flavor and aroma of this coffee. The roast is just right and really helps balance the flavor. I’ve tried the Light, Medium, and Dark Roast, and I like that they all have something different to offer, whether I’m in the mood for a smooth coffee or something stronger and more intense.
